Instagram and TikTok Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is:
yfood Labs GmbH

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 26 July 2026 at 18:00 and ends on 29 July 2026 at 22:00 (CET).

3. Eligibility Requirements

All natural persons are eligible to participate if they:

  • are at least 18 years old; and
  • have their place of residence in Germany or Austria.

Participation takes place via Instagram or TikTok and is free of charge.

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • follow the official account @yfood_de on Instagram or @yfood on TikTok;
  • take a photo or video of the yfood River Race by movelikeg 350 houseboat, publish it, and tag a yfood channel.

The participant’s account must be public for this purpose. Multiple uploads do not increase the chances of winning.

Employees of yfood Labs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Prize

One prize of a two-night stay on the houseboat will be awarded.

The prize is provided in cooperation with Eichberger Reisen and may be redeemed between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2027.

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner(s) will be selected at random after the end of the giveaway period.

Notification will be sent on 5 August 2026 via direct message from the official yfood account.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the prize notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

6. Data Protection

The following personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the giveaway:

  • Instagram profile name
  • TikTok profile name

The data will be used solely to conduct the giveaway, including selecting and notifying the winner(s).

Personal data will only be stored for the duration of the giveaway and will then be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Participants have the right at any time to:

  • access;
  • rectification;
  • erasure;
  • restriction of processing;
  • object;
  • data portability,

in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

7. Exclusion from Participation

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway if:

  • these terms and conditions are violated;
  • manipulation or attempted deception is identified; or
  • fake or giveaway accounts are used.

8. Early Termination or Changes

The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the giveaway early for important reasons, in particular due to technical problems, legal reasons, or attempted manipulation.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical disruptions, outages of the Instagram network, or other issues that may impair participation in the giveaway.
