In 4 steps to yfood: Your way into our team.

Take the next step in your career with us. From the first meeting to the full interview, you will go through several stages during our hiring process. The technical aspects are important to us, of course. But, above all, we want to make sure we click on a human level.

  1. Send us your application.

    Okay, first things first: your application. We handle this via Personio. Simply upload your application documents, including your CV, certificates, and work portfolios, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  2. The first interview.

    If there’s a match, we’ll set up an introductory meeting by phone or video call. Here, we want to learn more about you. At the same time, you can get an idea of us and what we’re all about.

  3. The second interview.

    If the chemistry is right, we’ll invite you to a second interview. Now, it's time to get into the nitty-gritty.Inspire us, convince us of your skills, and show us what you've got.

  4. The Office Day.

    Great teamwork happens when teammates complement and gel with each other. During this final step, you will get to know your team. You’ll be able to ask questions about the job and work culture while experiencing our office environment firsthand.

When can I expect to hear back from you?

Is 100% remote work possible?

Our headquarters are in Munich, and we love having fresh energy in the office. We follow a hybrid work model. In some cases, fully remote work is possible, depending on the position. To keep our team spirit and culture strong, we meet several times a year to connect, plan, and have fun together.

What will my first day at yfood look like?

Your first day starts with a warm welcome from your buddy and plenty of time to get settled in. You’ll receive your IT onboarding and get an introduction to our way of working and company culture. Over lunch, you’ll have the chance to connect with other new joiners. To wrap up your first day, you’ll enjoy a product demo and get a real taste of our drinks. If you're starting remotely, we’ll make sure your full equipment arrives at your home in time.

How is learning and development supported at yfood?

At yfood, learning is a top priority. Every employee receives a personal development budget that can be used flexibly for external trainings, workshops, or courses. We also promote knowledge sharing through regular Brown Bag Sessions, where colleagues pass on their insights and expertise.
